Subject Matter Expert - Customer Escalation

Job Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert in Customer Escalation to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer escalations, providing expert solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Escalation Resolution: Resolve complex customer escalations in a timely and professional manner

- Expert Solutions: Provide expert solutions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty

- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues

- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and prevent future escalations

- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service, escalation management, or a related field

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
