Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage critical production systems with 6+ years of experience as an SRE or Senior Systems Engineer.Administer self-hosted, enterprise GitLab or similar SCM platforms for at least 4 years.Develop strong expertise in Linux (RHEL) administration.Implement and maintain HA and DR architectures with hands-on experience in Ansible and Terraform (IaC).Work with GitLab backend components: PostgreSQL, Redis, Object Storage (S3), and design secure infrastructure.Contribute to security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management processes.Design and implement load balancing configurations with NGINX/HAProxy, DNS, SSL/TLS.Monitor and improve system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Alertmanager.Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement identity systems using LDAP, SAML, and OIDC.Requirements:6+ years of experience as an SRE or Senior Systems Engineer managing critical production systems.4+ years of experience administering self-hosted, enterprise GitLab or similar SCM platforms.Strong Linux (RHEL) administration expertise.Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform (IaC) for implementing HA and DR architectures.Experience with GitLab backend components: PostgreSQL, Redis, Object Storage (S3).Proven experience designing secure infrastructure and contributing to security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management processes.Proficiency with NGINX/HAProxy, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing configurations.Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Alertmanager for monitoring system performance.Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, and OIDC identity systems.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
