Job Title: Infrastructure Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support our global IT operations, infrastructure management, and enterprise system environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing servers, networks, cloud environments, and end-user systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Linux or Windows servers across development, testing, and production environments.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical applications and infrastructure.Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents quickly.Set up, configure, and maintain virtual machines, cloud instances, and on-prem infrastructure.Manage users, permissions, and security policies across systems.Apply patches, updates, and upgrades for OS, applications, and security components.Support network troubleshooting, firewall rules, VPN access, and connectivity issues.Work with ticketing systems, document resolutions, and follow standard ITIL processes.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator.Strong knowledge of either Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) or Windows Server administration.Experience with user management, permissions, and system security best practices.Ability to troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issues.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).Understanding of backup, recovery, and storage systems.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP.Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools: Intune, SCCM, Jamf.Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).Exposure to monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).Experience in ITIL environments and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.Why Join This Opportunity:Work on global infrastructure and IT support initiatives.Multiple openings with rapid onboarding.Fully remote with flexible working hours.Long-term freelance engagement with consistent workload.Exposure to modern cloud and hybrid IT environments.
