Contract ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Contract Professional to manage the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and partner contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the full lifecycle of contracts, from intake and negotiation through execution and renewal.Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address legal and business questions.Analyze complex provisions, pricing, and terms to ensure compliance and reduce risk.Provide contract training, guidance, and support to business teams.Requirements:A strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.A customer-service mindset, with a focus on building trust and delivering responsive, solutions-oriented support to internal and external partners.Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle, with a strong understanding of contract law and best practices.Demonstrated skill in drafting, reviewing, and redlining MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments.Familiarity with privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and a working understanding of risk management.Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is highly valued.Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.Professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.About Us:We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
