Job Title: 4D BIM Project CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the management of large, multi-disciplinary projects across teams. As a highly skilled 4D BIM Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing high-quality 3D BIM models, creating detailed 4D simulations, and integrating project schedules.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage accurate 3D BIM models in Revit, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Develop and deliver comprehensive 4D simulations using Synchro and/or Fuzor, aligning with real construction schedules and providing valuable insights into project progress.Perform clash detection, identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.Coordinate and track project schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera, linked to BIM data for optimal resource allocation and project delivery.Design and implement dynamic dashboards using Power BI to present project insights and KPIs, enabling informed decision-making and improved project outcomes.Lead, train, and mentor BIM teams, allocating tasks and delivering quality outputs on time.Oversee project workflows, document control, and deliverables through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, providing clarity, alignment, and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project status, resource allocation, and revenue tracking to achieve project and business goals.Promote technical innovation by developing Dynamo scripts and optimizing digital processes, enhancing overall project efficiency.Produce engaging 4D visuals and videos, leveraging post-production skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.Requirements:Proficiency in Revit, Synchro, and/or Fuzor for 3D modeling and 4D simulation.Advanced knowledge of project scheduling software, including Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.Experience with clash detection, resolution, and issue tracking.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to allocate tasks and deliver results under pressure.Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard design.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:Opportunity to work on large, complex projects, driving innovation and growth.Collaborative and dynamic work environment, fostering professional development and learning.Competitive compensation package, including benefits and bonuses.Ongoing training and support, ensuring you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
