This role involves tracking contract milestones, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing invoice and renewal workflows, and ensuring that obligations under MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms are carried out accurately and on time.Maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.Skill Requirements:Maintain structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.Responsibilities:Support invoice management—ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with Finance.Oversee renewal workflows and assist in preparing contract amendments or extension documents.Provide recurring reporting on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.
