About UsWe're a lean, high-performing team of 25 passionate about creating innovative B2B software products from India for a global audience.Job Description:This role is ideal for a seasoned Product Designer eager to transition into a leadership position and gain invaluable experience within a fast-paced startup environment.You'll have a direct impact on our product and design outcomes, enjoying significant ownership and autonomy.About the Role:As a Product Designer, you'll be a crucial part of our central engine, driving our app's design and shaping the future of our platform.Owning the end-to-end design of dashboards and workflows for our Shopify-based B2B SaaS product.Collaborating with product managers to discover and create high-value user experiences and designs that help achieve business goals.Creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs using Figma.Developing and maintaining scalable design systems across products.Gauging customer issues through quantitative and qualitative data sources.Presenting design rationale, facilitating design reviews, and communicating effectively with product managers and engineers.Mentoring junior designers and advocating for design best practices within the team.Staying updated on Shopify trends, SaaS UX patterns, and accessibility standards.Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Designer (full-time work only).Proficiency in Figma.Strong UX and visual design skills; demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows.Experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems.Deep understanding of user-centered design, and product strategy.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile product environment.Bonus: Experience in Shopify app ecosystem or e-commerce platforms.Bonus: Portfolio consisting of relevant dashboard or SaaS work.What We Offer:No micromanagement: work on your own time & have a life outside of work.A market competitive salary + revenue sharing bonuses.Work with one of the strongest early-stage startup teams in India right now.We're building software products from India for users anywhere in the world, hence the engineering team is our key central engine.You'll be challenged to solve complex problems & build high-quality designs because we don't have any QAs.Your Next Steps:We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and thrives in an environment where they can make a real difference.
