You'll shape the core user experience and visual language of our category-defining healthtech product.Lead UX/UI for our sleep screening and digital health experience platformDesign B2B dashboards for clinical and operational personasBuild and maintain our design system and visual languageDesign web pages, customer landing pages, and digital touchpoints reflecting our brandCreate brand assets for social media, email, decks, and print (e.g., flyers)Design simple animations (e.g., Lottie, GIFs) for feedback and delightCreate Motion Graphics, Explainer Videos using Generative AI tools to support product, marketing, and sales as neededAbout the OpportunityWe're looking for a talented designer who can help us create remarkable end-to-end digital experiences and visual communications. If you have a passion for innovative design and a knack for simplifying complex ideas, we'd love to hear from you.Your BackgroundMinimum 3 years in product, UX, creative, or visual design (B2B SaaS, digital health, or startup experience a plus)Strong portfolio showcasing clean visuals, thoughtful UX, and simplified storytellingExperience working with global teams and comfortable communicating across time zonesProficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects), and emerging AI toolsComfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environmentEducation: Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Arts, Creative, Graphics, Animation, or related field – or equivalent experience
