Job Title: Genesys Engage EngineerAbout the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Genesys Engage Engineer. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to implement, configure, and manage contact center solutions using Genesys Engage.Main Responsibilities:Implement, Configure and Manage Contact Center Solutions: Design and develop efficient routing strategies, IVR applications, agent desktops, and reporting systems to enhance customer experience.Provide Expert Support and Troubleshooting: Offer high-quality support and resolve complex technical issues on the Genesys Engage platform, ensuring high availability and performance.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Genesys solutions.Optimize System Performance: Monitor and tune the Genesys Engage system to ensure optimal performance through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.Integrate with Other Systems: Integrate Genesys Engage with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and other enterprise applications to streamline workflows.Develop Comprehensive Documentation: Create detailed documentation for Genesys Engage configurations, processes, and best practices.Adhere to ITSM Processes: Follow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management.Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators within the Genesys environment and provide regular reports to management.Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest Genesys product releases, features, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.Provide Training and Guidance: Offer training and guidance to internal teams and end-users on Genesys Engage functionalities.Participate in Disaster Recovery Planning: Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing for contact center systems.Requirements:Experience with Genesys Engage Platform: Proven experience with Genesys Engage platform components and architecture.Contact Center Operations and Technologies: Strong understanding of contact center operations and technologies (ACD, IVR, CTI, WFM, QM).Familiarity with Database Technologies: Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and reporting tools.IT Service Management Frameworks: Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex technical issues.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
