What will you get to work on?


As the Head of DevOps, you will:


● Build and lead a high-performing DevOps team to support global SaaS deployment at scale. ● Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure seamless deployments and world-class uptime.

● Oversee database strategy and reliability, including scaling, backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning across Oracle RDBMS, MS-SQL, and cloud databases

● Establish frameworks for continuous monitoring, incident response, and system reliability engineering (SRE)practices

● Be accountable for global infrastructure governance, compliance, and scalability as Osfin.ai expands across regions


What do we expect from you?


Our Head of DevOps role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:


● 10+ years of experience in software engineering/DevOps, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

● Proven experience building and scaling DevOps functions in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments.

● Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP/Oracle), Kubernetes, containers, and microservices.

● Hands-on experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, MS-SQL) and cloud DB solutions.

● Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible), monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and security practices.

● Strong track record of mentoring and leading teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and setting engineering culture.

● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
