We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader who can drive the evolution of our DevOps culture, scale our infrastructure globally, and ensure best-in-class security, performance, and reliability. As the Head of DevOps, you will:

● Build and lead a high-performing DevOps team to support global SaaS deployment at scale. ● Oversee database strategy and reliability, including scaling, backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning across Oracle RDBMS, MS-SQL, and cloud databases
● Our Head of DevOps role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

● 10+ years of experience in software engineering/DevOps, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
● Proven experience building and scaling DevOps functions in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments.
● Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP/Oracle), Kubernetes, containers, and microservices.
● Hands-on experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, MS-SQL) and cloud DB solutions.
● Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible), monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and security practices.
