Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled backend engineer to lead the development of our real-time AI-driven hiring platform. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, owning, and evolving the backend systems that power our innovative solution.With a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, you will drive system design for scalable, secure, and low-latency AI-integrated services. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate LLMs, TTS/STT, RAG patterns, and inference layers into the backend.You will also lead the development of RESTful APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and backend orchestration. Additionally, you will scale real-time infrastructure for AI avatar interviews, voice communication, and analytics.As a seasoned professional, you will champion best practices in code quality, performance optimization, CI/CD, and cloud reliability.
