Unlock the Potential of Real-Time InfrastructureAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core infrastructure of our company. This challenging position offers significant scope for ownership and impact across various areas, including infrastructure, platform engineering, security, and reliability.Design and implement high-availability infrastructure to support real-time AI voice interactions Build and manage scalable Kubernetes-based deployments across cloud, on-prem, and private cloud environments Establish infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi Lead the setup of multi-tenant, isolated environments and support for on-prem deployment Define and implement observability and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Drive DevSecOps practices, SOC2/ISO compliance automation, secrets management, and access control Architect CI/CD pipelines, staging/prod separation, and rollout strategies such as blue/green and canary Optimize infrastructure for low-latency, high-throughput use cases, especially around AI inference and media streaming Collaborate with product and AI engineers to ensure infrastructure supports real-time AI services Requirements:We are seeking candidates with 6+ years of experience as backend/platform/infra/DevOps engineers in high-growth startups who have:Experience scaling infrastructure from seed to Series A+, especially with real-time systems, AI/ML infra, or media streaming Built and scaled multi-region or multi-tenant architectures Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Docker, Terraform, and Helm Strong understanding of tradeoffs between performance, cost, and stability DevOps automation, GitOps practices, and security-first thinking Experience working in or supporting SOC2 / ISO27001 / compliance-sensitive environments Value velocity with quality and enjoy collaborating across AI, product, and design teams What We Offer:A high-ownership role at the ground floor of a high-potential AI startup Competitive compensation and meaningful equity Remote-first culture with flexible hours The chance to shape not just infrastructure but also culture and engineering excellence Deep collaboration with founders and direct impact on product roadmap Bonus Requirements:Experience with LiveKit, WebRTC, or media pipelines Background in performance tuning for AI pipelines Familiarity with tools like Vault, ArgoCD, Spacelift, etc.
