Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer



Location: Khardi Pune



Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to develop and optimize a recommendation system for a B2B platform. The system will help sales representatives provide personalized customer service by leveraging advanced machine learning techniques. The role requires machine learning, data engineering, and API integration expertise, ensuring the recommendation engine operates efficiently within a real-world business environment.



Required Technical Skills:


Machine Learning & AI:

  • Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models for recommendation systems.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.


Data Engineering & Retrieval:

  • Strong experience in advanced data retrieval techniques, such as zero-ETL approaches.
  • Expertise in data preprocessing, including cleaning, formatting, and feature engineering for machine learning.
  • Proficiency in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.


Model Fine-tuning and Evaluation:

  • Proven ability to iteratively fine-tune models to meet performance objectives.
  • Experience with model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.


APIs and Integration:

  • Experience building and exposing RESTful APIs to connect machine learning models with applications.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture for scalable deployment.
  • Understanding of API security and performance best practices.


DevOps & Cloud:

  • Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with recommendation systems in a B2B context is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Kafka is a plus.
