Job Description:

Seeking Lead/Senior Lead Developers for the Gen AI Team. Candidates should have experience with AI technologies, containerization tools, and Gen AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompting techniques & API Development using FastAPI.

Responsibilities include leading Python software development, ensuring code quality, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Python-based software solutions for Gen AI applications.
  • Integrate Python components with AI algorithms, machine learning models, and Gen AI frameworks.
  • Develop and implement basic RAG techniques and effective prompting strategies.
  • Streamline deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and develop backend systems and APIs to support Gen AI applications using FastAPI framework.
  • Ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms and scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of software development best practices and testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in backend development and API integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI concepts, FastAPI, RAG techniques, and prompting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Certification in Python programming or related areas.
