Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can drive quality and excellence in our product development.Job Description:The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the product quality through the planning and execution of product testing, and/or process/product standards compliance. The position demands direct involvement in manual & Automation test efforts, developing and managing compliance to standards for process or product quality.The individual will be directly working with the product teams and needs to demonstrate the ability to collaborate and influence on a global basis for the right quality engineering decisions. The individual is responsible to bring in technical skills in quality engineering to develop high quality product.The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the product quality through the planning and execution of product testing, and/or process/product standards compliance.The position demands direct involvement in manual & Automation test efforts, developing and managing compliance to standards for process or product quality.The individual will be directly working with the India & US based product teams and needs to demonstrate the ability to collaborate and influence on a global basis for the right quality engineering decisions.The individual is responsible to bring in technical skills in quality engineering to develop high quality product.Responsibilities:Develop and execute automation frameworks to support large-scale test automation efforts.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing meets business requirements and aligns with company goals.Identify areas for improvement in current processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and deliver training sessions to other teams on automation best practices and tool usage.Requirements:6+ years of experience in Manual TestingMinimum 3 years experience in Automation Testing (Selenium+Java) is a must.Must have experience in API Testing & Appium.Must have experience Mobile Application Testing.BE/ BTech/MCA/BS preferably with strong curriculum in Computer SciencesISTQB Certification will be an added advantage.Good verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with process and better understanding in SDLC, STLC, Agile-Scrum.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package, opportunity to work with a dynamic team, and a chance to make a real impact on the company's success.About Us:Our company is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.
