Software Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the high quality of our software applications. This role involves creating test plans, executing test cases, and collaborating with development teams to improve product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Execute manual and automated test cases, validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications, and document test results and log defects in the tracking system.Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, retest fixes, and ensure proper resolution.Evaluate adherence to QA standards, best practices, and SDLC process, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings, and recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and project managers, providing regular updates on testing status and risks.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with test management tools, including JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr.Hands-on experience in manual testing, including identifying test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing.Basic understanding of automation tools, such as Selenium, Postman, and Cypress.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
