As a member of their team, you'll be responsible for supporting their clients business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the client's contracts management and in-house legal teams.If you believe in being a team player, can collaborate and communicate well with technical and non-technical audiences while bringing a result-driven, focused, high energy, confident, curious, quirky, and most of all fun sense of self, then this is the place for you.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial ContractsWorking closely with our Client's in-house legal departments on a range of matters such as international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology or consumer mattersBe part of a team committed to the overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the clientActive caseload managementAdhere to all our client delivery processes and commitments;Input and manage data on Our client and client systems and keep them up to date;Help develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team;Be part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value.Essential CriteriaYou are adaptable, authentic, accountable, and values-driven. This role requires the legal knowledge to take instructions from our Clients, take appropriate action and serve as an escalation point on issues for more junior team members. It's no small taskIn addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified;Legally eligible to work in the country this role is basedMinimum of 1 years' experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, an ALSP, as part of an in-house legal team or within Our client ;Excellent English written and verbal communication and presentation skills;Strong attention to detail;Regular client-facing experience;Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers;Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Microsoft Word;Organizational fit for the Our client culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship;Client relationship managementDesirable CriteriaExperience of working with or for a telecommunications, financial services or professional services firm preferably in a contracting function;Experience of working in-house
