The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role will involve handling day-to-day HR tasks and supporting the HR team.QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsBenefits Administration expertiseKnowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Understanding of Labor and Employment LawExcellent organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
