Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all procedures and patient information.
  • Clinical Expertise:
  • Apply advanced nursing knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, and manage complex patient cases. Ensure best practices are followed in line with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
  • Quality & Safety:
  • Monitor and maintain patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring proper medication administration, and providing ongoing care assessments.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Assist with scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory of medical supplies, and contributing to department meetings or quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: GNM
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid nursing license.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, with background in Hospital department


  • Skills:
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex patient cases.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
  • good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
