salary: 30k based on current CTC
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all procedures and patient information.
- Clinical Expertise:
- Apply advanced nursing knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, and manage complex patient cases. Ensure best practices are followed in line with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
- Quality & Safety:
- Monitor and maintain patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring proper medication administration, and providing ongoing care assessments.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist with scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory of medical supplies, and contributing to department meetings or quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: GNM
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid nursing license.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, with background in Hospital department
- Skills:
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex patient cases.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
- good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
