Job OverviewThe Career Opportunities Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client relationships, project execution, and timely communication. Acting as the primary point of contact, they facilitate effective coordination and collaboration with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to guarantee smooth project execution.Communicate effectively via email and calls to address client queries and project updates.Analyze technical drawings related to doors and partitions to ensure accurate project requirements.Accurately calculate door quantities and hardware accessories needed for projects.Efficiently manage project tracking and data on the ERP portal.Compile and maintain comprehensive project reports using MS Excel.Foster close collaboration with internal teams (production, logistics, sales & projects) to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project progress and delivery.Requirements:Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills to foster positive client experiences.Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.Able to read and comprehend technical drawings related to doors and partitions.Proficient in estimating quantities of doors and hardware accessories.Prior experience working on ERP portals is highly desirable.Proven expertise in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Educational background in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field, or industry experience in doors, partitions, or construction materials is preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Background in fire door/partition manufacturing or similar industries.Previous experience in project coordination.
