Job Description:The Talent Acquisition Intern role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of recruitment. This internship program is designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to excel in talent acquisition.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the full recruitment cycle for non-tech, tech, and product roles. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as collaborating with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.You will also utilize various channels to identify potential candidates, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews. Additionally, you will support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.The Hireginie Accelerate Programme is a 6-month intensive internship that will fast-track your career in talent acquisition.
