About the RoleThe Product Development Manager position involves analyzing railway specifications and translating them into structured product requirement documents while serving as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and alignment with operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret railway standards (RDSO, IR, Metro, EN, IEC) for condition monitoring products across coach, wagon, locomotive, OHE, and track domains.Translate specifications into structured product requirement documents (PRDs) for engineering teams.Serve as liaison between domain experts, railway customers, RDSO, Railway Board, and internal hardware/software/AI teams to align solutions with operational requirements.Ensure technical compliance via design reviews, traceability matrices, and validation protocols per Indian Railway/RDSO standards.Coordinate with RDSO, customers, certification, and testing agencies for prototype approval and field trials.Monitor industry benchmarking of railway solutions to inform product roadmaps.Technical Skills:Railway specifications analysisProduct development managementLiaison and coordinationTechnical complianceIndustry benchmarkingBenefits:This role offers a challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of the organization.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA competitive compensation package
