We offer a range of services, including CDN & WAF implementations, cloud reselling, managed services, and private pricing billing for AWS, Checkpoint, Fortinet and Veritas. We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Role Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals. You will be a key player in expanding our client base (Domestic and International) and supporting our overall sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Research and identify potential customers, and build a prospect list through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media.
Client Engagement : Reach out to prospects to introduce Whistlemind Technologies' services, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow-up : Regularly follow up with potential clients and ensure consistent communication to nurture relationships.
Sales Support : Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and prospects using CRM software.
Market Research : Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new business.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, sales development, or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of cloud services and technologies (AWS knowledge is a plus).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
Experience in B2B sales, especially in IT services, cloud services, or SaaS products.
Familiarity with sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead-generation platforms.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
