Inside Sales Representative

- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This includes ensuring their satisfaction with the service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identifying and qualifying potential customers. This includes understanding their milk consumption habits, dietary preferences, and any specific requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Developing a deep understanding of the company's milk products. This includes their nutritional benefits, sourcing, quality, and sustainability practices.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.
- **Continuous Learning**: Staying informed about advancements and innovations in the dairy industry. This includes attending industry events, conferences, and training sessions.
**Qualifications and Skills required**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into sales and overcome objections.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Hands-on experience with MS-Excel
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
