You'll leverage your expertise to solve complex business challenges, streamline finance operations, and enable automation and AI-driven insights. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on Guidewire's mission to transform the insurance industry through technology.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doServe as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Revenue Management (RMCS), Subscription Management (OSS), and Accounts Receivable modules, providing end-to-end production support and permanent resolution of issues.Manage and optimize configurations, setups, and controls across revenue-related modules, supporting AR processes such as invoicing, collections, and cash applications.Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to analyze issues, identify gaps, and design scalable Oracle Fusion solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.Lead and participate in testing cycles for enhancements, new features, projects, patches, and releases.Implement automation and process improvements using Oracle Process Automation, Groovy scripting, or third-party RPA tools.Stay current on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and new features, assessing their business impact and driving adoption readiness.Partner cross-functionally with integrations, security, and reporting teams to ensure seamless data and process flow.At Guidewire, we foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI—empowering our teams to continuously leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.What you'll bringDemonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.5+ years of techno-functional experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, preferably within global enterprises.Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following modules (configuration is mandatory): Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management (RMCS), or Subscription Management.Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash business flow.Ability to write and debug SQL/PLSQL queries and work with Oracle Fusion APIs.Experience creating BI Publisher or FRS reports and dashboards.Exposure to Agile environments and global cross-functional collaboration.PreferredKnowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, CM).Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.Experience in performance tuning, automation, and process optimization.Your ImpactWe believe in clarity and setting you up for success.
