SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Career Portal ConsultantJob Summary:We seek an experienced consultant with strong functional expertise and fluency in Arabic to support a key client engagement.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working exclusively with SAP SuccessFactors — specifically in Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).Proven track record of at least one or more full-cycle implementations of RCM + Onboarding modules.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules, configure recruitment workflows, set up and configure Onboarding 2.0 processes, manage integration between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, design solutions, and deliver configuration accordingly.Work as part of a project team: manage project tasks, deliverables, test cycles, and coordinate with other modules/teams as needed.Provide day-to-day support during post-go-live, handle changes, enhancements, bug-fixes, user issues, and continuous improvement tasks.Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Recruiting / Career Portal and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Fluency in Arabic.
