About the RoleWe seek an exceptional Staffing Coordinator to spearhead our recruitment and scheduling efforts.This high-impact role will significantly contribute to our growth, operational excellence, and ability to deliver trusted care services.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment StrategiesConduct thorough phone screenings and video interviews with caregiver candidates.Evaluate candidates' communication skills, caregiving experience, professionalism, and cultural fit.Manage the end-to-end hiring workflow—from sourcing to selection.Onboarding ProcessesCoordinate onboarding and documentation for newly hired caregivers.Ensure candidates complete required training, background checks, and compliance steps.Maintain accurate caregiver records in internal systems.Scheduling & OperationsSchedule caregivers to clients' homes based on client requirements, availability, skill needs, and location.Coordinate shift confirmations and follow-ups with caregivers.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows.Ideal CandidateExperience working as a recruiter for a healthcare company, either directly or through a business process outsourcing firm.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to understand an American accent (no need to speak with one).High agency, sharp, resourceful, and a self-starter who achieves results with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
