We help enterprises navigate the digital landscape and stay competitive by unlocking the power of data, modernising applications and accelerating digital advantage for our customers.Summary of the RoleWe are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect with 10-15 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and align technology with their business strategies. This role requires strong leadership, robust technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure technology aligns with business strategy and goals.Architect and manage MS Dynamics CRM implementations, particularly in Customer Service modules.Design and implement applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.Integrate internal and external systems utilizing Azure APIM or similar middleware.Oversee integration processes using Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.Manage client communication, expectations, and task delegation.Document high-level and low-level designs (HLD, LLD) related to projects.Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (NFR) for the project.Implement and manage configuration, release, and merging processes.Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure project success.Required QualificationsMust-Have:10+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM.Experience as an architect for at least two complete CRM implementations.Proficient in managing client communication and expectations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team handling capabilities.Ability to work both independently and in team settings.Proficient in writing documentation related to technical specifications.Nice-to-Have:Experience in the Health Domain.Certifications in MS Dynamics & Power Platform.Familiarity with continuous integration tools and techniques.Demonstrated out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Flexible work environment.Additional InformationLocations: Open for candidates in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.Contract Type: Full-time.Work Mode: Onsite.Shift Timing : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
