WebMD, Medscape, CME Circle, Medpulse, eMedicine, MedicineNet, , and RxList are among the trademarks of WebMD Health Corp. or its subsidiaries.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.For Company details, visit our website: / Education: Any GraduateExperience: 4+ yearsPosition Requirement:4 years professional experience in Web production and/or publishingMust be exceptionally well-organized and detail-orientedProven ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentMust be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasksStrong problem solving and analytical skills leveraged to proactively investigate and troubleshoot issuesExcellent communication skillsExperience using a CMS, such as D2 or DrupalProficient with HTMLImage processing via Adobe Suite or similar processing toolsExperience in Email newsletter generation, via an internal CRM toolExperience managing clients in a professional environment, with an aim toward a high quality and timely final product that meets internal client standards and business needs will be good to haveRole & Responsibilities:Help coordinate the publishing process from start to finish, consistently following business best practicesKeep deadlines and balance a workload that includes daily article publishing, email newsletter management, and basic image processing requestsLiaise with Editorial stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues to accomplish team objectivesCode articles in HTML for posting via content management platform as neededThoroughly QA articles for accuracy, adherence to specs, and compatibility on all supported platformsTrack and report on monthly volumes
