About the Role:

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Timings: Night Shift - 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST

Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Required)

Experience Required:

  • A good Technical/Engg bachelor's/Professional degree.
  • A background in Software Development/Solutions/Professional Services is preferred
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and a knack for understanding systems, architecture, and security aspects is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment with the ability to develop product expertise, prioritize and work on multiple customer projects concurrently
  • Ability to understand Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our global customers to identify their target audience's training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to improve digital adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the client Product Ecosystem. Create Content using the client Studio Editor to suit the customer’s use cases
  • Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.

Education:

  • Candidate from Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA Background is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English skills (Frequently Communicate with North American clients)
  • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies
  • Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, systems architecture and security
  • Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis, etc would be an added advantage
  • Candidate from Engineering and Computer, IT background is preferred
