Hybrid Cloud Lead Architect

Job Duties
Responsible for architecture and team leadership within hybrid cloud to be able to design, present, troubleshoot and implement infrastructure solutions including some or all the following:
Identify client business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services solutions to promote innovative technologies to solve business problems.
Experience performing Well Architected Reviews and developing associated cloud roadmaps for clients.
Familiarity building Landing Zones to establish best practice cloud environments.
Deep understanding of identity not limited to Entra ID, on-premises AD and integration of these directories.
Virtualization with Hyper-V and/or VMware
Disaster recovery and high availability
Datacenter, server and storage hardware or converged infrastructure experience
VLAN, VNet and VPC Networking, load balancer, application gateway, and firewalls configuration
Domain and tenant migration techniques including on-premises to IaaS and PaaS
Business acumen to develop and present client roadmaps, health checks, and assessments.
Manages project teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and budget.
Manages and validates the quality of client deliverables.
Triages and resolves escalations from within the infrastructure team within defined customer SLAs.
Serves as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects, overseeing the work of others and being accountable for the outcome of client projects.
Ability to coach junior peers or lead a project team.
Other duties as required.
· Working Environment: Hybrid
Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises the workload of engineers and architects on assigned engagements and reviews work product, as needed.
Acts as mentor to project team members as appropriate.
Provides work quality feedback and project collaboration feedback to project team members, as appropriate.
Acts as a leader, and projects a professional, positive attitude toward client and firm personnel.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science /Information Technology.
Experience:
Six (8) or more years of technical infrastructure implementation experience with increasing responsibility within Microsoft or Amazon Cloud Solutions, required.
Five (5) or more years of experience in hybrid cloud design, architecture, and presentation experience in hybrid cloud solutions, required.
Four (4) or more years supporting Azure or Amazon cloud infrastructure, required.
· Experience working in a consulting’s offshore and onshore environment, preferred.
Technology:
One or more of the following, required:
Azure or equivalent AWS
Modern Windows Server skillsets SQL virtualization and high-availability setup
Virtualization in Hyper-V or VMware
Application Virtualization in Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services or Citrix XenApp
Domain, tenant, and infrastructure migration tools
License(s)/Certification(s)
Azure Administrator Associate / Solutions Architect Expert – (AZ-104 / AZ-305), preferred.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional (SAA-C03 / SAP-C02), preferred.
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of EM+S for security, governance and centralized authentication is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot Tier 2 and 3 escalation issues, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues
Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
Strong project planning, scoping and management skills.
Strong business process analysis & design and process flow skills
Client facing consulting experience.
Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details.
Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment
Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
