Looking for a full-time on-site role for a NodeJS Lead at NeoScript in New Delhi. The NodeJS Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of NodeJS applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience
- Working knowledge of GraphQL as BFF layer
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors such as Stylus, Less etc
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
Responsibilities
- Understand Clients’ business problems and engage in Client servicing to manage peer-level Client relationships
- Hands on experience on latest backend technologies
- Liaison with UI Leads and Backend Leads to understand the usability and feasibility of interface designs
- Effectively communicate responsibilities within team and deliver Client expectations
- Experience leading development teams
