We are looking for Sr. Marketing Manager


Role Summary


As an integral member of a young, passionate and lean team building one of the fastest growing organization in the country, you will be working across a range of marketing and brand activities.

You will be working alongside product delivery, social media and leading influencer and content relationships.


Responsibilities include:


  • Supervising the marketing team and overseeing the development of Grazitti’s marketing strategy.
  • Planning and implementing our go-to-market plans.
  • Overseeing the execution of strategic campaigns.
  • Monitoring the execution of case studies.
  • Ensuring the marketing team stays on top of their tasks.
  • Overseeing the process of market analyses and making data-backed suggestions for improvements.
  • Presenting the market analyses results to the rest of the team.
  • Brand Awareness.
  • Competition analysis for public listed companies.
  • Acquiring New B2B High-tech Intranet and B2B High-tech Marketing.
  • Enhanced ROI calculator with new metrics for the products/Apps
  • Responsible for Customer Marketing
  • Analyst briefings/Relationships.
  • Responsible for hiring, team management.


Expertise:


  • Marketing program planning, execution, timeline and post analysis.
  • Budget and vendor management - maximizing ROI in marketing program and/or event investments
  • Developing strategy plan and executing Integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs including events, webinars / webcasts, digital marketing, email campaigns, social media channels, telemarketing, and online programs.
  • Enable development of marketing material including sales brochures, flash demos, collateral, e-books and web-based tools.
  • Proficient with Technology understanding
  • Hands on experience with Goto Webinar, ON24, MS dynamics, MS -Excel and other marketing tools.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 14 + years of experience in marketing and team management.
  • Ability to synthesize market data.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyse business performance metrics, KPIs, and similar.


Other Key Responsibilities


  • Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information Security Controls according to implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the Organization.
  • Reporting immediate Reporting Manager/Supervisor related to incidents, suggestions, issues related to ISMS.
