GTM System Development Lead

Senior ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead the development of GTM Systems.Develop and nurture strong relationships with product lines and Delivery Management teams to identify key features and promote them in the core product.Foster and maintain strong connections with key business stakeholders to drive growth and success.Create detailed matrices and process documentation to ensure solution alignment with requirements and product functionality.Collaborate with internal departments and subsidiaries to design and develop requirements for GTM Systems.Formulate technical concepts and requirements for further development of GTM Systems.The successful candidate will work closely with Implementation project Managers, Solution Implementation analysts, data and other implementation team members to deliver high-quality implementations within agreed-upon timelines.Provide hands-on configuration of GTM Systems - Salesforce and Salesforce ecosystem, managing the implementation lifecycle from start to finish.Coordinate and manage internal departments *Finance, Sales, RevOps, CS) and external service providers regarding GTM Systems.This role requires:5-7 years' experience delivering technical architectures and implementation services for GTM Systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Mulesoft, Salesloft that are robust, maintainable and scalable.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, keeping pace with business offerings, technical innovation and market-driven initiatives.Strong skills in requirements gathering, design and documentation.Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills to drive discussions and decision making.Good understanding of overall Software Development/Implementation Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, tools and technologies.
