Making a paradigm shift to polyculture while using precision farming techniques to optimise resources and combined with a vision for value addition and branding, sets us on an exciting journey to captivate both domestic and international markets.


What You’ll do: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing our initiatives. Your responsibilities will include adopting the latest agricultural practices, focusing on climate- smart agriculture, and integrating post harvest technologies. You will be instrumental in adding value to our produce and establishing our brand on a global scale. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the success of our sustainable farming practices.


Qualifications:


  • A degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany, Biology or Forestry is essential.
  • A Master's degree in Sales and Marketing or Agri business would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and embrace the latest agricultural practices, especially in precision farming, climate-smart agriculture and post harvest technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to optimise efficiency and yield.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Previous experience in agriculture or related fields is beneficial.
