Role:•Proposed designation – Assistant Manager•Role type - Supervisory•Reporting to – Manager Roles & responsibilities Base ExpectationsProject DeliveryGood basic accounting and TP knowledge Good knowledge of Financial Statements from a TP context Excellent understanding of Transfer Pricing benchmarking process including working on global databasesGood understanding of Transfer Pricing documentation process including working on update reports, industry analysis and economic analysis.Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Analytical and logical mind to review work done by an ExecutivePractice ManagementMeeting deadlinesBeing role models for peers and juniorsAdhering (100%) to hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave compliance and risk policiesSupporting and participating actively in team wide initiativesStretch ExpectationsProject DeliveryCompleting projects in a timely manner with a good qualityManaging delivery of multiple projects in an effective mannerAllocating and follow up on tasks to junior team membersReviewing the work done by junior team membersGuiding junior team members through various processesDisplaying problem solving capabilitiesPractice ManagementDisplaying strong presence and impact to the wider teamPrepare and manage project planResource planning for seamless delivery of work This role is for you if you have the belowEducational qualifications Graduation/ Post-Graduation/ Chartered AccountantWork experienceA minimum of 4 to 5 years of Transfer Pricing experience Preferred technical & functional skillsProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint Proficiency in mining data from databases and resources Key behavioral attributes/requirementsExceptional communication skills and strong Analytical ability. Target driven and customer focus. Solution focus mindsetAttention to detail - Quality and time consciousWork collaboratively with the clients and deliver quality services by enforcing quality and KPMG standards.
