Under 25 Universe is India’s largest youth community, impacting over 100 million youngsters by building youth culture, fostering student leadership, and creating accessible growth opportunities. Over the past 9 years, we’ve built impactful platforms like the Under 25 Summit, Media Network, Campus Network, Student Programs, Under 25 Studios, and Under 25 Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply-demand dynamics to maintain and grow sales volume.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams, ensuring their sustainability.
- Maintain key client relationships to secure long-term business partnerships.
- Stay informed about the latest news and developments in the entertainment and pop-culture ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.
- Strategize and execute plans to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
