Job Title: Strategic Data Insights DirectorJob Summary:This executive position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that drives informed decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to extract actionable insights.Create and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.Manage a team of BI professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure stable operation of databases by consistently scheduling updates and functionality tests.Schedule and produce periodic reports regarding MIS performance.Review reports of computer equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact.Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in MIS with data leadership driving business value through data analytics in Fintech Industry.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms.Strong data analysis skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modeling.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Applications – particularly Visual Basic, Macro, Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, SQL, Business Intelligence toolsets.
