Job RoleThe position of an Oracle EBS Process Consultant combines business acumen with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules. The ideal candidate will analyze business problems and opportunities, providing tailored solutions based on the Oracle EBS Architecture to help organizations achieve their objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders and onsite IT analysts to translate requirements into functional specifications and design.Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement solutions, ensuring seamless handoffs and effective communication between business and technical resources.Liaise with Oracle support teams to resolve production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identifying root causes of issues and recommending corrective actions for uninterrupted production operations.RequirementsA minimum of 6-9 years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS along with the Costing module.At least one full-cycle implementation experience in the above modules.1-2 years of support project experience in Oracle EBS Applications as a Manufacturing Functional Consultant.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the following areas:Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance in EBS.Oracle Cost Management.Solid understanding and experience in Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows.Experience in working with development and functional teams to deliver cross-functional solutions across Procurement, Ordering, and WMS tracks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of Agile Development Processes.Hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.Educational BackgroundPrioritizing candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from reputable institutions. Relevant certifications in Manufacturing System Management or related fields are beneficial but not mandatory.
