Job OpportunityAs a seasoned Finance Functional Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the integration of Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance Modules with third-party applications. Your extensive knowledge of accounting flows, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, and Inventory, will enable you to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage production support for Oracle Fusion & EBS Finance modules for a group of US Clients from offshoreParticipate in rollouts, implementation, and upgrade of Oracle Fusion Finance modules as a Functional specialistGather requirements from business users and provide functional design documents to technical teams for Enhancement requests and extensionsFunction as a Solution Architect and suggest solutions from Oracle finance modules to meet the business requirements of our US ClientsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Two or three years of leading post-production support of Oracle EBS or Fusion applications6-10 years relevant experience in FusionGood understanding of Oracle EBS and / or Finance modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, EBTax, and SLAKnowledge of Advanced configuration around Intercompany Setup, GL Consolidation, Revenue recognition and management, Multiple Reporting Currencies, Approval Management, Payment Manager Setup, ADR Setup, and Period Close ProceduresBenefits:Exposure to Cost Accounting is a plus, and knowledge of Hyperion, OBIEE is desirable but not a must. Proficiency in Excel and use of advanced features like Pivot Table, vlookup is required. Knowledge of backend Oracle tables in EBS finance modules and ability to query data using SQL is a must.Excellent communication skills, good leadership qualities, and ability to meticulously plan and execute are essential for this role. A brilliant academic background, preferably CA / ICWA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Com from a reputed educational institution, is highly desirable.
