Role Description

1. CHANNEL PARTNER DEVELOPMENT & SALES GROWTH

• IDENTIFY, ONBOARD, AND DEVELOP RENEWABLE ENERGY CHANNEL PARTNERS AND SYSTEM INTEGRATORS ACROSS INDIA.

• BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS, RESELLERS, AND EPC CONTRACTORS.

• DEVELOP AND EXECUTE GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGIES

• LEVERAGE EXTENSIVE CHANNEL-BUILDING EXPERIENCE TO ACCELERATE MARKET PENETRATION.

• NEGOTIATE PRICING AND CONTRACT TERMS WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS FOR SUSTAINABLE SALES 

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Bengaluru South at Saurza Power Pvt Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also develop and implement sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze market trends.


Qualifications

5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / CHANNEL SALES, PREFERABLY IN RENEWABLE ENERGY (SOLAR, ENERGY STORAGE, LITHIUM BATTERIES) , POWER QUALITY & POWER MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

• BACHELOR'S/MASTER’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, ENGINEERING, OR A RELATED FIELD.

• UNDERSTANDING OF SOLAR + STORAGE SOLUTIONS, ENERGY MANAGEMENT, AND POWER ELECTRONICS. • TECHNICAL ACUMEN – ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND POSITION TECHNICAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMERS.

• STRONG NEGOTIATION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

• GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY – ABILITY TO LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS AND SCALE THEM ACROSS MULTIPLE GEOGRAPHIES.

• SELF-STARTER & TEAM PLAYER – ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATE CROSS - FUNCTIONALLY
