Quantitative Trader – Indian Markets | Delhi Location: Delhi, India Industry: Quantitative Trading / Capital Markets Experience: 3+ years overall (HFT: 2+ years ) Employment Terms: Full-time, In Office (Delhi) Compensation: Competitive + Performance Bonus Special Requirements: Experience in NSE or BSE; international exposure a plus Our client is a high-performing quant trading firm looking to grow its presence in Indian markets. They are seeking experienced traders with deep exposure to NSE and/or BSE and a strong understanding of market structure. Multiple teams are hiring across HFT and non-HFT strategies, with flexibility for candidates with global market exposure. The Role – Quantitative Trader | Delhi This is a core trading role focused on strategy development, execution, and risk management in India’s leading exchanges. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of your book and drive performance end to end. Purpose and Priorities: Build, test, and deploy high-frequency or discretionary trading strategies Focus on NSE, BSE, and optionally global markets Leverage internal research tools and infra for performance improvement Performance and Accountability: Own PnL and execution Collaborate across teams for alpha enhancement Maintain best practices in risk and compliance The Profile – Your Expertise Experience, Ability and Knowledge: Minimum 3 years of total trading experience 2+ years for HFT Deep experience in NSE or BSE; global markets are a bonus Strong coding and data skills (C++/Python ideal) Degree in a technical/quantitative field Who You Are, What We Need: Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking Team player who thrives in high-ownership environments Passionate about trading and building scalable strategies The Package Work with high-caliber teams across asset classes Access to cutting-edge infrastructure and tools Competitive pay with meaningful upside If you're ready to lead with conviction and build something enduring, we want to hear from you.
