Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals for Costa Coffee. You will partner closely with business leaders and store teams to drive talent management, employee engagement, performance, and compliance across assigned regions, ensuring a high-performing and people-first culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in assigned regions.
  • Drive end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
  • Partner with business managers to implement performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and strong team culture.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Address employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
  • Support learning and development programs to upskill employees and enhance service excellence.
  • Collaborate with central HR teams on compensation, payroll, and HRIS initiatives.
  • Track HR metrics and provide insights to management for data-driven decision-making.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience, preferably in Retail/QSR/Hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with strong stakeholder management.
