About the role – HR Business Partner We are now looking for a HRBP to provide the full range of support to our India operations. Supporting a staff population of c.100, as part of an international team. As a HRBP you will support the business through delivering both operational and value-added HR activities aligned with elevating performance, driving engagement and supporting talent development. Providing coaching to leaders and managers to drive engagement and performance. Develop and implement human resource policies in alignment with global standards and local labour requirements. Work with functional leaders to ensure right team structure that enables team effectiveness and people growth. Collaborate with local engagement lead team to drive actions that elevate employee engagement. Act as the first point of contact for all day-to-day employee and manager inquiries at all levels about HR programs, policies and processes. Effectively manage and resolve employee relation queries. Facilitate and support people processes, including progressive discipline and performance management as Work with all HR departments, such as Learning & Development, HR Operations, Rewards, Talent Acquisition to ensure best in class experience for employees and candidates. Ensure compliance with all government/payroll requirements. Support the monthly payroll cycle and legislation requirements and provide occasional support and guidance to relevant teams. Qualifications Masters in business administration, HR or similar. 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with a proven track record, delivering in a high paced environment. Able to respond and adapt quickly under pressure, identifying and implementing process change where appropriate, with minimal supervision. Comfortable working with employees at all levels within the organization across a variety of sites and disciplines. Good knowledge of local employment legislation. Diligent individual with a focus on attention to detail. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proactive in resolving issues with credibility and confidentiality. Demonstrated strong judgement and decision-making skills.
