JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring an Enablement Engineer in our Business Enablement and Solutions Team. The hire should be able to work independently and will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents). The ideal candidate will have an Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering background with a problem-solving mindset who is ready to go above and beyond to enhance the efficiency of the business operations. Enablement Engineer will be associating with stakeholders and business units to understand their areas of improvements and automation. The hire will work very closely with Senior Business Enablement Engineer to design, implement and support automation solutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Process Improvements: Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand their processes, identify the areas of improvement.
  • Mapping Business Processes: Identify and map any unorganized and unmapped business process. Serve as a solution partner to streamline the processes.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with BES Team and Senior Enablement Engineer to design and implement automation process and process improvement solutions using Power Platform Tools. Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate, integrating with various data sources and services.
  • Postproduction Support: Provide technical insights and training to the customers on using the application. Collaborate with the customers for the continual improvement of the solution. Monitor and evaluate the performance of developed solutions, making necessary enhancements and optimizations.
  • Enterprise Data Architecture: Build solutions that align with the existing enterprise architecture, industry standards and best practices, governance policies, and security standards.
  • Data and Reporting: Consider the reporting requirements while designing the solution and database architecture. interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Associate with Reporting and Analytics Team for reporting.
  • Ownership and Proactivity: Passionate about providing process improvement solutions and work as a solution partner for the stakeholders. Take ownership of the project.
  • Stay up to date: Be updated about the changes happening to the industry and hone your skillset to provide the best solution for the customers.
  • Timeline and Development Goals: Create timelines and set development goals to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs and solution documentation for quality and training purposes.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Expertise in building custom applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model- Driven Apps.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate for creating automated workflows between applications and services.
  • Experience with data integration, migration, and transformation processes using Dataverse and other data sources.
  • Experience with designing and implementing data models within Dataverse, ensuring data integrity and relationships.
  • Integration skills to connect Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 applications (like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with implementing security best practices, including role-based access control, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in using Power Fx, JavaScript, and custom connectors for extending Power Platform capabilities.
  • Experience with API Integration and a solid grasp of Agile development methodologies.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 Years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering.
  • Solid Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent development experience
  • Experience building Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience with SQL Azure, Azure Services, and Azure Data Factory, as well as experience with data integration using APIs, data connectors, and common data services.
  • Experience with related technologies, such as .NET, C#, or JavaScript.


QUALIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Engineering in Computer Science, IT or related fields
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud CRM will be an advantage
  • Experience working with Oil and Gas Industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Solid documentation and organization skills
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Must be flexible and team-oriented
  • Ethical, self-motivated individual with the ability to set and achieve goals
