Role SummaryWe seek an accomplished Microsoft Dynamics Expert to spearhead the implementation, customization, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules. This seasoned professional will be responsible for leading project teams, analyzing business requirements, developing functional and technical specifications, and designing customizations, integrations, and reports.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, leveraging expertise in SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.Design, develop, and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports, utilizing tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.Support various modules, including Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning, guaranteeing high-quality results and efficient system usage.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), with a strong understanding of its intricacies.Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products, such as Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365, with ability to apply expertise as needed.Advanced SQL Server skills, encompassing queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization, to ensure efficient database management.Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET, allowing for seamless integration with Microsoft technologies.Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365, to enhance analytical capabilities and collaboration.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
