The role includes consolidation, quarterly audits, Ind AS compliance, lease accounting, software development capitalization, project billing, IM fee management, credit ratings, and fund‑raise support.Key Responsibilities1. Group-Level Corporate Finance (Holding Company)Own end‑to‑end corporate finance and controllership.Onus for the standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS.Lead quarterly results, limited reviews, audits, Board packs, investor reporting.Oversee Ind AS 116 lease accounting, Ind AS 38 software capitalization, Ind AS 115 revenue recognition, consolidation.Manage treasury, cash flow, inter‑company funding.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Support governance and capital structure planning.2. AMC – Investment Manager’s Finance FunctionLead IM corporate finance and business finance.Manage IM Fees, advisory fees, service income recognition and invoicing.Track AUM‑linked revenues and fund cost allocations from an analytical standpoint.Support internal teams with analytics.Manage credit rating agency interactions.Support fund‑raise, modelling, investor materials.Ensure applicable compliances are met.3. NBFC Oversight (via Holding Company)Review NBFC financials and key regulatory metrics.Ensure accurate consolidation.4. Business Planning & AnalyticsHelp in preparation of annual operating plans, forecasts, long‑range plans.Build financial models for AMC, holding structure, fund‑raise scenarios.Deliver actionable MIS to leadership.5. Process, Controls & TechnologyStrengthen internal financial controls and automation.Oversee finance systems, consolidation tools, project accounting.Lead internal audits and compliance reviews.Required ExperienceCA with 7–8 years PQE.Financial services experience (AMC, NBFC, PE/VC, AIF preferred).Strong Ind AS expertise—110, 116, 115, 38.Experience managing quarterly results, statutory audits, Board reporting.Exposure to credit rating processes, fund‑raise support, project billing, R&D capitalization.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Key SkillsStrong Ind AS technical capabilityFinancial modellingBusiness partneringAMC revenue model understandingCorporate finance strategyLeadership and ownershipExcellent communication and presentation skillsRole BenefitsStrategic role covering facets of corporate finance.Exposure to listed‑company reporting and fund‑raise.Close interaction with CXOs and investment teams.High‑growth environment with group‑level visibility.
