**Financial Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Management to support decision-making.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Monitor budget performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- **Accounting and Compliance**:

- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audit processes.
- **Financial Controls**:

- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
- Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
- **Cash flow Management**:

- Manage cash flow to optimize working capital and ensure funds are available for operational needs.
- Evaluate opportunities for cost-effective financing and investment to support the company's financial goals.
- Coordination with Bank for enhancement of limits, negotiation of collaterals and managing the mortgage process etc.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide strong leadership to the finance team fostering a culture of
- accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position.
- **Tax Planning**:

- Develop tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize
- liabilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Set and track excess inventory reduction goals in line with company objectives.
- Evaluate inventory levels, including commercial, consumer, and irrigation
- systems. Create an efficient surplus inventory liquidation strategy with pricing
- considerations.
- Report on inventory liquidation progress and financial impact to senior
- management regularly.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
